PARIS IN ANIMATED CARTOONS
Find the history of the Ile de la Cité and Notre-Dame through cartoons from the origins to the present day. The first inventors rub shoulders with the Paris of Quasimodo in the Middle Ages, that of Dilili and his artist friends, of the Francœur monster in 1910 or of Ratatouille. A history of Paris in animated images for a real journey through time illustrated by photos and film clips on tablet. We will start this visit with a short history of the first techniques and some optical toys.

The host succeeds, thanks to her soft voice, to take us to the Paris of yesteryear. She tells us about the beginnings of cinema and cartoons. Captivating visit for children (in our case: 10 years old) and adults.

Pretty & friendly thematic tour of the island of the city. Very interactive and adapted according to the age of the audience. My children (7 & 10) liked it, I think they would have appreciated even more if I had made them review the films mentioned in the description. In any case, a great idea for a family activity for the summer.

The visit was very interesting and interactive: the guide brought objects that we could handle as well as her tablet to visualize the Parisian places / cartoon extract.
A small booklet might be missing that the children could complete during the walk and take away at the end of the session.
